Our Coaches

Adam Walker Cleaveland is a pastor, father, husband, blogger, social media consultant and networker with a long history in the field of social media. Natalie Aho is a communications consultant for several organizations including the Center for Congregational Health, the Associated Baptist Press, Alabama Cooperative Baptist Fellowship and CareNet Counseling Network. She is also a coach for SocialPhonics providing consultation and workshops on social media for ministers and non-profit leaders. Previously, Natalie worked as the communications manager for the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of North Carolina and spent four years as an elementary school teacher. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and is earning her Masters of Science in Interactive Communication online from Quinnipiac University in New Haven, CT.  Her husband, Chris, is the Pastor of Hillcrest Baptist Church in Mobile, AL. Mike Baughman is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church.  He serves as an associate pastor at Custer Road UMC in Plano, TX where he focuses on young adult ministries.  Mike regularly guest lectures at Southern Methodist University about social media, evangelism with rising generations and cultural exegesis. Wendy Johnson specializes in all aspects of communications and media development. Wendy has worked with nonprofit organizations and churches for more than 20 years. In particular, Wendy focuses on social media planning for small to mid-size nonprofits and is proficient in strategic communications development and implementation. Dan Haugh is the pastor of student ministries at Bedford Community Church in New York. He has been in youth ministry the past 10 years and has spent eight years at his current church. He is also an adjunct professor of youth ministry at Nyack College. He received his Master of Divinity in church development from Alliance Theological Seminary.In his spare time, Dan coaches junior high baseball and serves as a chaplain for a minor league baseball team. Dan has written for Immerse Journal, is the author of the forthcoming book Postmodern Shifts, and authors the blog www.emergingyouth.com, and you can find him on Twitter. He is currently writing a book with Chris Folmsbee entitled God is Loud, which focuses on aiding students in spiritual formation for the mission of God.
